Lion Heart Electrical Pty Ltd (“Lion Heart Electrical”, “we”, “us”) is a family-owned electrical business based in Melbourne, Victoria. When you request a quote or contact us — through the quote form, by phone, or by email — we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and a description of the work you need. If you send us photos of your job site or switchboard, we keep those with your enquiry.

This website does not require an account, and we do not collect payment details through it.

How we use your information

We use your details for one purpose: providing our electrical services. That means responding to your enquiry, preparing your quote, scheduling and performing the work, issuing invoices and safety certificates, and — where you’ve asked us to — reminding you when recurring work such as a rental electrical safety check is next due.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who else handles your information

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few service providers to operate:

• Quote form and website hosting. This website is hosted by Netlify, and quote-form submissions are delivered to our email through Netlify Forms. Netlify may process standard technical information (such as IP addresses and the details you enter in the form) to deliver your enquiry and to serve and secure the site. • Email. Enquiries are received and stored in our business email account.

We only share information with these providers so they can perform these services, and where required by law (for example, Certificates of Electrical Safety are lodged as required by Victorian regulations).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed most and whether visitors arrived from a search engine, social media or a link. This information is aggregated statistics and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visits; you can block these through your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on without affecting your use of the site. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

How we store and protect your information

Your enquiry details are stored in our business email and job-management records, accessible only to Lion Heart Electrical. We keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal obligations (such as records connected to electrical safety certificates), after which they are deleted.
